What should I prepare before the phone consultation?
Before our call, you'll receive a questionnaire that covers key details like your brand goals and vision, the style and aesthetic you're aiming for, session logistics, timing, and the type of content you’re looking to create. During the consultation, we’ll chat through all of that—plus anything specific you have in mind. It’s also a great time to ask any questions you may have, so come prepared to brainstorm and get excited about bringing your brand to life!
What’s included in the custom proposal?
The custom proposal covers everything we discussed during your phone consultation. It includes a detailed session plan, timeline, deliverables, your investment, and all the key elements needed to bring your brand shoot to life. While changes can be made after the proposal is approved—even on the day of the session—please keep in mind that adjustments may affect other parts of the plan and could impact the flow of the day. I’ll always do my best to adapt and keep things running smoothly!
What should I bring to my brand session?
Please bring everything outlined in your custom proposal. This might include your laptop or tablet, outfit changes, product samples, props, or anything else we’ve planned to help tell your brand story. Also, be mindful of the agreed-upon location, the time of year, and any factors (like weather or space limitations) that could affect how the session flows. Coming prepared helps us make the most of our time and create content that truly reflects your brand.
How will I receive my images and can you help me use them?
Your final images will be delivered through a password-protected online gallery and will include a lifetime print release, so you're free to use them however and whenever you’d like. I'm also here to support you beyond just delivering photos—I’d love to help you choose the best images for your website, or brainstorm ideas for how to use them across your social media and marketing. Think of me as your creative partner, not just your photographer.
How far in advance should I book my brand session?
I recommend booking your session as soon as you know you’ll need the photos. After our phone consultation, it typically takes 3–5 days to put together your custom proposal so I can get all the details just right. Once your session is complete, edits usually take another 1–2 weeks to deliver. If you have specific deadlines—like a website launch, campaign, or event—please let me know during the consultation or as early as possible so I can plan accordingly and make sure everything is ready on time.
Can I use my brand photos for marketing and social media?
Yes! When you receive your digital gallery, you'll also receive a lifetime print release, which means you're free to use your images for the lifetime of your business—on your website, social media, marketing materials, and anywhere else your brand shows up.
